Extension
A large extension to an Edwardian house in Reading
We managed this project from inception to completion supplying a single storey extension with new shower room, kitchen, diner and external remodelling.
The project included under floor heating and a 6 sq metre roof lantern. Difficult access required concrete etc to be pumped in over the existing roof. Brickwork and associated trades were organised and managed by ourselves
Extension
Renovation in Caversham
This is a two storey extension in Caversham featuring extensive renovations, new kitchen, new bifold doors and widnows and forming a new bathroom and en suite.
We also fitted a complete new heating system including conventional boiler.
All trades managed by ourselves and project completed to the customers satisfaction.
Garden Room
Former garage demolished and replaced with a modern state of the art garden room
We constructed new dwarf brick walls on the original garage slab with fully insulated walls and roof covered with larch feather edge cladding.
New anthracite windows and doors supplied and fitted by our trusted glazing supplier.
New drainage to accommodate the new en suite.
